Whatever the case, choosing a good makeup course is crucial to those plans and aspirations.
Well, a progressive makeup artistry course in makeup could be a great way to achieve your goals. Brisbane offers an abundant variety of makeup courses ranging from introductory classes to make up for screen and media, to an airbrushing certification – there’s something for everyone.
We looked at over 40 different makeup courses and 15 different schools in Brisbane and gathered the best together into one list, to help you decide what’s right for you.
1. Makeup Artistry Academy
The Makeup Artistry Academy is an online course developed by PG, a professional makeup artist with 12 years of experience working in the industry. The delivery mode is done on-demand so you can go at your own pace and take as much time as you possibly need.
The course covers 10 different modules to give a prospective student makeup artist all the skills required to start a career or side business within the makeup industry.
There are also bonus modules that cover the ‘business’ of being a makeup artist which is why we’ve placed this fashion beauty makeup artistry course as #1 on this list. During our research, we found that most other courses cover the technical skills well enough but don’t typically teach students how to build a successful business around the trade. There are great student work assignments that can help you apply the makeup lessons you learn and self directed study activities too. Makeup Artistry Academy also offers payment options if budget is an issue when choosing a makeup workshop. Just head over to the payment options section on their website to see the flexible plans.
